What wedding coordination includes?
Taking over before the wedding
I step in several weeks before the wedding, once everything is in place, to:
– reconnect with all your vendors
– review timings and logistics
– identify potential friction points
– clarify roles, responsibilities and expectations
Nothing changes creatively, everything becomes clearer operationally.
Wedding day coordination
On the wedding day, I’m present, discreetly and fully.
I coordinate:
– vendors arrivals & set-up
– timing adjustments
– transitions between moments
– unexpected issues (so you never hear about them)
You live your day. I take care of the rest.
Timeline, flow & logistics
I build (or refine) a detailed, realistic timeline adapted to:
– the venue
– French wedding rhythms and local constraints
– your priorities
– your guests’ experience
Plan A is solid. Plan B exists. You don’t need to think about either.
Additional moments, if needed
If your celebration extends beyond the wedding day, I can also coordinate:
– welcome dinners
– brunches
– set-up & dismantling
Always with the same level of attention and care.
When should you contact me?
Ideally once your main vendors are booked and your vision is set.
But if you’re unsure, that’s completely fine.
We can talk, look at where you are in your planning, and see together what makes sense — especially when organising from abroad.
